So, this was a longstanding bug that was documented in these threads below, and then eventually fixed (for most impacted cards), by adding a menu for each card that discards so that plays could sort the order in which those cards hit the GY.
But then at some point in the spring an update to MTGO broke this fix, and players lost control over discard order. It was reported on the forums, and then a recent blog post (June 20th Patch Notes) reported that the GY order bug was fixed.
Subsequently, the additional thread documenting this was filed away in “resolved bugs.”
However, this bug was not fixed, and still impacts all the cards that discard multiple cards into the GY simultaneously.
