For multiple games now I have been completely unable to sideboard. After being refunded for my first Pioneer League entry due to issues with sideboarding in the above games, I joined another league today and encountered the same exact issue as between games 2/3 of my first match in the first Pioneer League.

In explicit detail: This bug has occured in post game-2 sideboard after not apperaing in post game-1 sideboard of a match, as well as appearing when attempting to sideboard after both games 1 and 2. The screens will be greyed out, no cards will be selectable, the timer does not count down (though when it elapses it will boot me to the match without making any changes), and I am usually still able to click the "Submit" button to end the sideboarding process early, though obviously with no changes. It also appears that every time this bug manifests, I am no longer able to type in chat for the rest of the match, even when previously being able to communicate with my opponent.

The opposite problem has manifested once (though I did not manage to screenshot it yet) where I was able to manipulate my lists as normal, but the "Submit Deck" button was greyed out, and it did not save my changes.

If there's any additional information I can provide, please let me know. I'll make sure to screenshot (or screen record if desired) any further instances of this in case that's desired.

I saw another thread reporting this issue that was closed due to Game IDs not being applicable to help resolve it, so here are some screenshots to show what it looks like:

During a legacy league match on Oops, All Spells! (61 cards deck), my opponent was playing extremely slowly. They took about 12 minutes to play the first two turns of G1.

Sideboarding for G2 was fine, the opponent played somehow slowly but not that much and they eventually picked up the pace.

When G2 ended, they had about 3-4 minutes left on clock and my sideboard panel thought I had submitted a 62 cards deck and didn't let me take out one card I didn't want to play.

Step to reproduce on opponent side:
- slow play and consume clock.

Step to reproduce on my side:
- add 12 cards from sideboard to deck by double clicking on each of them
- start taking out cards from the deck by double clicking on each them
- sideboard panel refuses to take out one copy of Leyline of Sanctity (double clicking does nothing, right click does nothing)
- double click on another card like Turntimber Symbiosis to move it to sideboard and the sideboard panel refuses to submit a 61 cards deck
- double click on the copy of Turntimber Symbiosis in sideboard, deck goes up to 62 cards, sideboard panel is happy for me to submit the deck
- submit a 62 cards deck anyway because that game has already been a slog so far and I just want it over :D

Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot of the sideboard panel, wrongly thinking I could do it post match. When I opened the G3 replay panel, though, I noticed the game is proceeding with a 61 cards deck (54 cards in deck, 7 in hand) but I have no idea which one was in and which one was out.

I've attached the game ID of the last match, the one affected by the sideboard bug but the rest of match information is as follow:
- event id 267775456
- G1 id 874481144
- G2 id 874482198
- G3 id 874482702 (attached to report)

Reopening https://forums.mtgo.com/index.php?t...rced-me-to-submit-an-extra-card-in-deck.2015/ but this time I took a screenshot :D

as you can see, Sideboard and Main Deck views are out of sync: Main deck says it's a 60 card deck when it's 59 (missing one Chrome Mox) and Sideboard is 16 cards (the missing Chrome Mox is there)

Also please notice how the Submit button is enabled, this is because the 4th Chrome Mox is actually in deck for game purposes but no matter what I do, I can't move the Chrome Mox from Sideboard to Main Deck.

I can confirm both post sb game started with 60 cards and between games 2 and 3 deck was sideboarded as expected

Today while playing in a friendly league, my opponent reported that he was unable to sideboard after game 1. He mentioned something about "don't found" (perhaps a "no sideboard found" message?).

Same as https://forums.mtgo.com/index.php?t...rced-me-to-submit-an-extra-card-in-deck.2126/ and https://forums.mtgo.com/index.php?t...rced-me-to-submit-an-extra-card-in-deck.2015/

It just happened again. Different computer and different version of Windows, if it matters.

This time it's Fury that "stays" in the upper SB panel but it's in the deck in reality. The only thing I did that's different from other games is that I double-clicked cards back and forth between the two panels since I wasn't sure how to sideboard.

What format did you play in the tournament (Modern, Pioneer, Commander)? Thank you!

After game 1 in a league, I was unable to sideboard due the client stating that certain cards in my deck were not in my collection. I remove the cards that I tried to bring in but the client said I had 61 cards despite the number adding up to 60 and 15 in my sideboard. I moved every card from my deck to the sideboard and the client still said I had 1 card in the main deck. I had to wait the allotted time for sideboarding and be stuck with my starting 60 cards.

Here's a link to some screenshots.

Tag applied: Could Not Reproduce
Testing applied: Tested 20 full length Leagues, for 2 Sideboard phase per match up, in Pioneer and Legacy League Events. Pushed to the time limit and tested with Deck State reproduction. With both Drag and Drop and Double-Click repeatedly for an extended period of time during the Sideboard phase.
Test Results: Sideboard had 15 cards and Deck had 60 cards, matches played without additional cards.
