Could Not Reproduce Sideboard greyed out between games preventing any changes to deck

in a legacy league match between games 1 and 2, my sideboard was completely greyed out and I was unable to make changes to my deck to prepare for the second game of the match. In case it's necessary it was match # 263661954 and between games # 85786462 and # 85780956
