Fixed Shire Sherriff Allows to Attempt to Sac OP Permanents

When attempting to sacrifice a token to Shire SHerriff's ability, it allowed me to select OP's permanents. No sacrifice occurred, but I should not have been able to select their permenants in the first place! Game ID:841799512
