Fixed Relic of Sauron's mana ability uses the stack.

It appears that Relic of Sauron's first ability currently uses the stack, and it should not since it is a mana ability.

Just tested this and can confirm that the mana ability indeed uses the stack.

Played a Vintage challenge where this is an issue. DRS can name it and it uses stack

Just lost a match in league due to this bug. They Pithing Needled the mana ability. (WRONG!) Also been very sketchy since the opponent can respond to me tapping for mana.
