Fixed Oath Of Teferi Doesn't allow to use PW's abilities twice.

After using PW's ability first time, if oath of teferi already on the battlefield or being casted after, it's unavailable to use any of pw's abilities one more time

I applaud you for using Oath of Teferi. If you feel like swapping Superfriends lists, I'd be more than happy to.

For months Oath of Teferi does not work (does not allow for Planeswalkers to be used twice).

I am paying to be able to play.

Please, fix it for once.

In a match of Modern I played Oath of Teferi and the additional activation of planeswalkers text didn't work. None of the planeswalkers I was playing were able to activate twice on the same turn. This ruined the game and match and invalidates what I am trying to do with the deck.

this took place in 257522902. The first instance of this ability not working was at 14:54 central time and did not work at any point during the match.

It flickered the permanent I wanted but the double loyalty ability doesn't work.
