I do not know how to reproduce this consistantly but it has happened to me on more than one occasion. This time in Gmae # 818751276.
I had "1" as my keybind for this (default). I tried unbinded and then binding again. It did not help. I can still type with the 1 key, so it is not an issue with my keyboard.
I did not even enter the settings, it just stopped functioning during game play with no integration with the main client.
