Not A Bug Fierce Retribution not castable after opponent exile/plot it with Aven Interrupter ability

Opponent targeted Fierce Retribution with Aven Interrupter, it was exiled and plotted. On my following turns it was not castable as it should have been, even with the additional cost.

This is not a bug. You can only cast Fierce Retribution at sorcery speed due to Plot, you're not allowed to pay the alternate Cleave cost since it's been plotted, and there's no legal target because no creature can be attacking during the main phase.
