Fixed Chrome Host Seedshark + Incubate "0"

I encountered a bug where the game freezes and then resets when Chrome Host Seedshark is on the battlefield and I cast a 0 mana artifact (in this case, Mishra's Bauble) that triggers the incubate ability. Appears to work fine for noncreature spells with mana value 1+.

Can confirm this game breaking bug. Just tested Chrome Host Seedshark with a variety of zero mana value artifacts including Mox Emerald, Mishra’s Bauble, and Black Lotus, and it restarts the game for each of them.

This seems similar to my bug with bloated processor trying incubate 0 or -1 when it dies to a -X/-X effect giving it 0 or -1 power (https://forums.mtgo.com/index.php?t...ug-when-failed-conversion-is-cast-on-it.1127/) Seems like it's not about any one card, but incubating <= 0
