Could Not Reproduce Cannot cast Paradoxical Outcome with floating mana at certain point

Hello there, it seems that you cannot cast PO when you are making many different targets. The game gets into this really laggy state with all the floating mana. On my laptop from 2015, it was impossible to cast PO, no matter how long I waited, with 7 targets, so I had to opt for a suboptimal play instead. Here is the boardstate when I made it happen.

There might be an issue with the floating mana that is wasting more clock cycles than you intend. Please review the code that you have introduced to create the arrow hints for mana sources for any performance issues. It may also be an issue with the number of cards I had in hand.
