Not A Bug Auras doesn't enter the battlefield correctly

I had a creature with some auras attached to it. Opponent played temporary lockdown and exiled all this. I've destroyed the lockdown and it should have released my creature and auras and give me an option to attach auras back to my creature (according to CR:

303.4f If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a player’s control by any means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it onto the battlefield doesn’t specify the object or player the Aura will enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the battlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the Aura’s enchant ability and any other applicable effects

But my auras were just put into the exile.

Saying:

{Aura name} can't be attached to a legal object

which is wrong in IRL

I think your problem here is that you are wanting to attach your auras to creatures that were under the lockdown as well, and if that's the case those creatures are returning to play at the same time as the auras and aren't legal targets at the time you choose what to put the auras on.

To back up what Neo001992 said, here is the ruling from Temporary Lockdown's Gatherer page:
Aura cards exiled this way will return to the battlefield attached to a permanent that they could enchant (based on their enchant ability) chosen by their owner. They cannot enchant any permanents that are entering the battlefield at the same time.

This is not a bug.
