Hello,
It appears that there is a bug with the Nightmare Tokens created by Askiok, Wicked Manipulator's -2 ability. The tokens are supposed to get a +1/+1 counter at the beginning of combat on my turn if a card was put into exile this turn. It seems to work fine if a card is put into exile precombat and remains in exile through the beginning of combat step, but the tokens do not trigger if a card enters exile and then leaves exile all before combat. This happened to me in game 2 of league 7665, match 261868657, game 850779710. I had cast an adventure card (Beanstalk Wurm's adventure, Plant Beans precombat, then cast Beanstalk Wurm main phase before combat, and the tokens did not trigger. Later in the game I cast another adventure card precombat, let it sit in exile through combat step, which triggered the tokens, then cast the creature side of the adventure post-combat.
