Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa
Legendary Creature — Phyrexian Angel
Corrupted — At the beginning of your end step, each opponent who has three or more poison counters exiles the top card of their library face down. You may look at and play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Path of Ancestry
{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander’s color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1.

Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider
Legendary Creature — Phyrexian Praetor

Steps
1. Player A controls Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa and Path of Ancestry
2. Player B has 3 poison counters
3. In Player A's end step, Ixhel triggers and exiles Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider from Player B's library
4. On their next turn, Player A casts Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider from exile.

Expected behaviour

Since Vorinclex shares a creature type with Ixhel, Player A gets to scry with Path of Ancestry's trigger

Actual behaviour
Player B (owner of Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider) gets to scry with Path of Ancestry's trigger
