Confirmed Wrenn and Six emblem causing trouble...

Hello...

So I've tried having a Wrenn and Six emblem once on my side, and this morning I had an OP get it... I'm sitting with kill in hand, my OP told me he was dead, but I wasn't able to cast my Scapeshift... I have a video showing the problem (Don't know if I can upload it here)

I couldn't tap my mana, the mana symbols were shot up into the top left corner of the screen...

I don't know if I can get my league entry reimbursed or what, but I'd like to send the video to MTGO/Daybreak if possible, to show

This bug has been around for ages. You can work around it by changing the window size of the application to be smaller.

What’s the bug exactly on this? Is it a Wrenn emblem/Scapeshift interaction, or something else?
