Where is hakbal??

For some reason, none of the bots have the new precon commander hakbal, from the new ixalan merfolk deck. They have the other precon commanders such as the pirate, dinosaur & vampire but not the merfolk. Is there a reason why it's not on mtgo?

It's in the Commander Backlog as we ran out of time to code any LCI CMDR cards - we could only publish the ones that didn't require any dev effort.
