Last night I compiled a list of cards not collectable or implemented on MTGO. This was done via importing set lists as decks and checking for differences. Generally it lined up with the set page on the website, except for BBD and C19. Indeed, the MTGO client appears to treat the missing cards for these sets as if they're completely on there. No warning about having to choose another printing, or red border, and it doesn't prevent them from importing. As pictured, they are also flagged as collectable. Unsure if there are any other card examples, but these stuck out.
