Tried to build this as a commander but realized it's not working properly. It reads "If you would draw a card, look at the top three cards of your library instead. Put one of those cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order." But for some reason instead of filtering the remaining cards to the bottom of your deck, it keeps them on top.
