More Info Needed Thousand-Year Elixir/Mycosynth Lattice Bug

Thousand-Year Elixir on the battlefield alongside Mycosynth Lattice. It doesn't allow me to use Feldon of the Third Path's activated ability after playing it this turn. Wonder if it's because Mycosynth is just turning permanents into artifacts instead of in addition.

Feldon of the Third Path and Thousand-Year Elixir both appears to function as expected with Mycosynth Lattice in play when tested in solitaire. Was there anything else in play that was preventing you from activating Feldon of the Third Path?
