In one of my games i encountered this issue and i am able to replicate it in solitary,
Forge Anew + Reality chip does not interact correctly (Or so i believe), only the option for reconfigure appears, and no equip for 0.
Link to example;
If after you have Paladin + Metalcraft --> The option for Forge Anew appears correctly in Reality Chip, but not without the metalcraft from Paladin!, so it might be a text issue that the option does not appear?
