Remove the weird foil effect from zoomed in cards

When holding Q to make a card that you're mousing over bigger, the blue circle effect on the new cards obscures card text. I know I can right click to see the card text but that is sometimes takes several seconds to load.

I really like the invisible ink cards, but a bit distracting is the black description box popping up when you hit the wrong spot on the card when you try to highlight the ink effect. This sort of destroys the effect for me.

This feature is working as intended for the new implementation. As this is not a game-breaking thing I do not see this as a problem if it is not effecting gameplay.
