Last night, I was looking through my collection as I waited to get paired into the next round of a league, thinking about changes I could make to my deck at the end. I opened the "Quantity" box to change the restriction on my card search just as I was getting paired into my match. The result was that the box appeared in front of the window for the game, despite being theoretically attached to the other MTGO window.
Upon looking back at the game from my game history, the issue doesn't appear to have impacted the game or its recording at all. I have a screenshot from when the bug happened saved on my computer and can email it if that would be helpful, since I'm having trouble attaching it to this post directly.
