Fixed Merry, Esquire of Rohan retains first strike after equipment destroyed

While playing in a limited challenge my opponent equipped Gimli's Axe to Merry, Esquire of Rohan, which gives Merry first strike and menace while equipped.

I destroyed Gimli's Axe with Westfold Rider while it was attached to Merry, but Merry retained first strike for the remainder of the game. This appears to be a bug.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Cast Merry, Esquire of Rohan, Gimli's Axe and Westfold Rider

2. Equip Gimli's Axe to Merry, Esquire of Rohan

3. Destroy Gimli's Axe with Westfold Rider

Actual Results: Merry, Esquire of Rohan has First Strike

Expected Results: Merry, Esquire of Rohan does not have First Strike
