When I load into a match the play area boxes and left boxes load, and remain blank. The chat and game history boxes don't load and when i click on the chat bubble it asks if I would like to close those boxes, implying they're open. After a minute or so a box pops up in the center of the screen stating that the game has ended in a draw.

I have experienced this as well, both when challenging a buddy, and trying to join rooms

should any action be taken to get reimbursement, or all the instances of this are known to the team and fees and prizes will be returned automatically?
