Trying to give each opponent 12 poison counters or creating a large amount tokens at once crashes the game. In commander league this bug does not award a win. It instead gives the message ""Sorry, Magic Online has encountered an error...will attempt to replay until last known stable state".

If I had to guess this is related to the problem of the client crashing from trying to resolve too many triggers at once. A number of things that the client seems to handle relatively fine in 1v1 are much more likely to cause the client to crash in a multiplayer setting.
