Backlog Manifested Cloud Key still asked to choose a card type.

Was in a game with a buddy recently, and he was asked to choose a card type for his manifested Cloud Key after I Reality Shifted one of his creatures. To the best of my understanding this is incorrect under the rules.

• 701.31a To manifest a card, turn it face down. It becomes a 2/2 face-down creature card with no text, no name, no subtypes, and no mana cost. Put that card onto the battlefield face down. That permanent is a manifested permanent as long as it remains face down. The effect defining its characteristics works while the card is face down and ends when it’s turned face up.

Yes, this is not supposed to happen. This is a pretty old bug that happens with cards coming into play facedown - I believe there's another thread up for Cloak cards as well.

yeah same with cloak, i cloaked a Talion Kindly Lord and it asked me to choose a number.
