Implemented LOTR Basic Lands for draft

For the new limited format I have found me and several others to find the current basics used for draft hard to use and distinguish between and would prefer another more simple basic non full art card be used.

We will hotfix this tomorrow to have LTR Draft use standard lands. It was not intended to use Map Lands this way.
