Currently, Laelia, the Blade Reforged only gets one +1/+1 counter when you cascade with it in play. It should get 1 counter for each card revealed. its a topic even covered in the FAQ for the card.
| 9/9/2022 | If a player is instructed to exile cards from their library "until" a certain event occurs, that player exiles those cards one at a time. Laelia's last ability will trigger that many times. |
