Increase the maximum trade size to more than 400

MTGO has a maximum trade size of 400 objects at a time. This limit may have made sense in the 2000s when MTGO was created, but now that limit is way too restrictive.

It creates tons of inefficiencies in the economy:
1) It means you can only send 400 event tickets at a time. Some cards, like Ragavan or Wrenn & Six, have reached price levels well over 100 tix, which means you cannot sell a playset (4 copies) to another player in one transaction.

2) It makes it difficult to sell one's collection or to make any large transaction--for example to send someone a collection of 10,000 cards would take 25 trades. It's a HUGE timewaster.

Please consider increasing the limit to be more than 400 objects. Assuming there is no technical reason for this limitation, I think the limit should be 10,000 or more.

Thanks for reading.

Thank you for the suggestion. We do have technical reasons for not increasing this limit, and we are not considering an increase in the near future.

The Trade limit was 32 back in the 2000's. Boy trades were fun then :cautious:.

Having a trade limit higher than 400 would be nice. Perhaps 600-1200 would be viable with the technical issues? This would allow you to trade a playset of expensive cards and let you trade 2-4 complete sets in one trade. DMU is 281 cards, 2 sets is almost 600 and 4 sets would be almost 1200. And you can transfer collections a bit faster.
