I played a Blacksmith's skill (instant mana cost W) on target of my opponent when he targeted that creature (he's control) with a ephemerate and ephemerate resolves.
I think if a creature have hexproof (for my spell) it can't be targeted of spells and abilities from control my opponents.

Creature gains hexproof and hexproof means your creature can't be target by spells or abilities your opponents control. You can target your own creature with hexproof with Ephemerate.
