Backlog Etrata Deadly Fugitive's cloaking Ixidron trigger ETB

Cloaking Ixidron off the top of a deck (and i suspect other creatures) will trigger ETB triggers.
I have found this to also be true for clone effects which trigger on enter the battlefield (but not for the game in question).
