Fixed Copies of Nimble Brigand can be blocked even if you've committed a crime

I created a copy of Nimble Brigand using Three Steps Ahead. On a later turn I targeted my opponent's Razzle Dazzler with Explosive Derailment (deal 4 damage), which killed it. Immediately after this I attacked with the Nimble Brigand and my opponent was able to block with their Lazav.

It seems like the bug might be that if the crime was committed on a permanent that's no longer in play, the static abilities that turn on if a crime was committed no longer are on.

Crimes are riddled with bugs... it's practically unplayable right now.
