Implemented Adding Screen Captures to a Post

Do the WebDevs plan on "developing" a method to include (insert/attach) screen captures to posts that do not require use of a third-party site?

The option to upload images or videos is now enabled for registered user. Enjoy!

P.S. Y'all should also be able to upload avatars and backgrounds now too!
