    Fixed Gonti's Machinations

    Been playing in Modern Tournament Practice games and noticed my Gonti's Machination cards aren't triggering when I lose life. This is having a negative impact on my mono-black burn deck.

    Fixed Not able to cast Kaya's Guile for the regular casting cost, entwine only

    'Cast with entwine' is the only option for casting Kaya's Guile. Also, once cast with entwine, it resolves twice for each mode.
