Fixed Serum Snare not proliferating when targeting tokens

When playing standard today (2/28), I used serum snare to bounce a token on two occasions in game id: 870112336 match id: 266679634. Both times the serum snare returned/removed the permanent correctly but did not allow me to proliferate.

Update: in game id: 870118018 match id: 266680565 I tired to fading hope a samurai token and was able to remove the token appropriately, but was not allowed to scry 1. I believe the problem is with the way tokens' cmc is calculated.
