Hello, I have tried this a few times now. I have Flbthp, the Lost as my commander and out on the battlefield. It is the only creature in my deck and I target it with Proteus Staff. Flbthp ends up in my command zone and I dont draw any cards. Reading posts and forums online, there seems to...
