I just experienced the same problem in a Pioneer Practice room. Would not let me choose any targets because there was not an artifact on the field. The way it is worded, I don't think you should have to choose one of each. Seems bugged, please acknowledge.

The Stone Brain; Unmoored Ego; and Phyrexian Revoker all have the same problem.
