Can anyone help me? I am playing Megatron, Tyrant in EDH and I am not sure how to convert him in my post combat main phase. Anyone know the action or steps?

Opponent quit while on stage 2 of the saga on another player's turn and the noncreature "2" tax remained after he left the game becuase his next "turn" never came. Is this a know bug?
