Not A Bug [[You Meet In a Tavern]] Not legal in pauper

[[You Meet In a Tavern]] AFR version is incorrectly marked as not legal in pauper. (I am unsure about other versions as I do not own them.)
This card should be legal in pauper in all prints.

We announced right before the holidays that the card is temporarily banned due to a game-breaking bug. We intend to have it fixed in our next patch on Jan 8
