in a commander game when a player deals combat damage with multiple creatures to someone who has witch-king of angmar in play, a seperate player from both the angmar controler and the controler of the creature dealing damage chooses which of those creatures to sacrifice. so the result is a 3rd player chooses to sacrifice a card they do not control.
