Cant the staff of mtgo handle a critical post?

This seems ridiculus, deleting everything thats not in your favor.
If you would be serious with the game, you would listen to the players, and not just remove every post that maybe try to fix the game.

You will sure just delete this one too.

My question is; Why is the game laggy, unplayble, when we use 1000 of dollars to play the game?

To silence a messenger is not the way to make money....

You have already been warned about your actions I would encourage you to think about how and what you say.

As to your question, if you are experiencing lag in the game you may need to fresh reinstall. There are a number of troubleshooting methods we can work with you on to determine the problem.

Well now I actually get a reply.
I dont think the post was toxic, I just raised a question about mtgo. I don't see much progress in how you update the game standard.
I know you update every wedensday, for new cards and tournement. What more do you update?

I have played for 15 years. Remember one update for the playground. My thoughts about the game being slow, picture dont apare on the screen is critical for the players. Maybe its becouse I live in europe?

Can you send me a link to the troubleshooting methods?

If you don't respect feedback, how can mtgo be better in the future?

The post just got deleted without an answer. I havn't got any warning jet, as i can see; with a post or a message. Maybe you ment your post now was the warning, i dont know. And I dont care... Seems like you want to just silence me.

I love the game, but find it hard playing it more. If my nature of the post was so bad, it seems like you dont want changes?

You can ask all the questions you want and give feedback without being disrespectful and rude, that will not get you anywhere in this community. If you have a problem we are happy to help you solve it if we can. We respect feedback if it is given in a constructive manner. The reason you didn't see the warnings is that you decided to create another account on the forums.

If you wish to ignore me and not listen, that is up to you but as the person in charge of this community, I will not tolerate people being disrespectful. toxic or rude. You do not have to agree with me or like it but you do have to follow our rules.
