Resolved Voice of resurgence triggers in every turn

When playing a game against amalia combo deck in a Pionner League, the oponent casted a Voice of Resurgence in his turn and passed to me.

In my turn, when I cast a spell in any of my main phases, Voice of Resurgence triggers and create a creature.... It actually happens everytime I cast a spell... no matter the phase or the turn.


Can you please fix this bug asap?
