Fixed Various draft bugs and issues

I wasn't able to locate any other threads talking about the myriad of bugs the recent patch has introduced to drafting. None of it is gamebreaking but it makes the process of drafting tedious and annoying. All of these should be caught by doing a single draft on the program.

1) It doesn't remember your card size filter from draft to draft, shrinking the cards to the smallest setting at the start of each draft.
2) Hover zoom (an awful feature itself) works only sporadically, and the double click zoom doesn't work at all in draft.
3) The right click context menu on cards in a pack functions almost at random. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, sometimes it shows the (correct) menu with the options to draft to deck or sideboard, and sometimes it only shows sort options.

ive found that the right click drop down menu rarely works on regular cards but always works on the basic lands.

I'm trying to finish up a Foundations Sealed League, and it doesn't remember your card size there, either. Every time I open the League Deck Editor, all cards (MB & SB) are blown up to maximum size, slider full right. They seem to have fixed the sizing issue in Open sideboarding. Hopefully this issue is similar and shouldn't take much to correct.
