Confirmed Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls not triggering properly

Valgavoth was not triggering when player to the right lost life during their turn. Appeared to trigger appropriately when player to the left (next in turn order) lost life during their turn.
Valgavoth later triggered during the 4th player's turn when he attacked the 2nd player... when the 2nd player lost life during combat.

So it seems like Valgavoth was triggering whenever AN opponent (singular) took damage during any opponent's turn. If all of the opponents took damage at once (Bastion of Remembrance, Rakdos Charm), Valgavoth would not trigger.

Can confirm that Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls occasionally triggers improperly when an opponent loses life when it is not their turn.
