When I cast a permanent spell like Walking Ballista and have paid 4 mana to make it enter with 2 +1/+1 counters, Walking Ballista will still enter with only 2 +1/+1 counters on it no matter how many copies of Unbound Flourishing I control. The value of x is being doubled on the stack but the creature will still enter as a 2/2.
