Resolved Unable to Trade

Hi, I noticed that when I try to make a trade, it doesn’t work.

I’ve tried three times, restarting the program between each attempt:

  • The first time, my trade was accepted but the trade window didn’t appear (and I wasn’t able to request a new trade because it said I was already in one).
  • The second time, my trade request stayed pending.
  • The third time, the chat opened, but not the trade window.
What could be causing this? What should I do?

Can we surmise you do have 2FA activated? (And have purchased the Account Upgrade which allows your account full access rights, like Chat & Trading?)
