Unable to see my request tickets

I put in a few tickets recently about players stalling and I totes understand it's a lower priority report and all, so im not tripping about response time or anything its just I literally can't see the status of ANY of my requests atm. Like when I click on the open requests page its just a blank white screen.

Do you still have emails with the ticket numbers?

I was able to confirm the requests were looked at in email just now and thats fine. Just not on the website. Heh, do they just disappear super fast now or some such?

If there is reply for you they should show up but beyond that I think the made a change to that system. We do not manage CS team so I will check in with them.
