Could Not Reproduce Unable to Pay for Summoner's pact upkeep cost with mana after nantuko clone trigger

Hi, i had a trigger on upkeep for summoner's pact. I fetched my misty rainforest for a forest, triggered harsh mentor twice, added mana with springleaf drum and the rest of my lands, declined a nantuko copy trigger, then let the summoner's pact resolve. I was able to pay gg, and gg was shown as floating in my mana pool, but was unable to pay the last 2 g mana for the pact upkeep trigger.

I'm not sure what caused this to happen, but if possible, this seems important to fix (before nadu gets banned)

Testing applied: Game State reproduction with different mana configuration. With floating mana as the stacks resolves and directly as the cards requests the mana.
Test Results: All mana produced could be used to pay the cost of Summoner's Pact Upkeep cost following it's ability.
