Resolved Unable to name Blood Moon with Cabal Therapy in Contraption league

Playing in a Contraption league this morning, opponent with Blood Moon in hand and I could not name it with Cabal Therapy flashback. Other moon cards not legal in Premodern (Contraption) showed up on the list, however Blood Moon did not.
