This is not a bug moving this to another forum.The two factor authorization is not working always. Sometimes I do not recieve the email for 5+ minutes after prompting. At least i found the option to disable it![]()
Where is the option to disable it? I'm having the same problem, I don't get the email for the code but at the same time I get the emails notifying me of a password change and setting up a MFA via the applications (which doesn't work since its demanding the one sent to my email)The two factor authorization is not working always. I have, its just been 48 hours since I submitted the case and no responses, I was unsure if this is normal.Please log a case via help.mtgo.com and they can help you
