Resolved Trade not possible - Second Window does not open

Hello Admin Team,
I fear I'm stuck. Today I went into trade, could trade normaly with GoatBots, logged off as I was prompted that Maintenance Activities would take place in 17 minutes, now I tried to log back in which worked, but since then, I can't trade. The second window does not open with the cards to choose, etc. In the chat the bot accepts the invitation as well as the Status on the Traders list switches from Open to Busy, but nothing else happens. I've read a bit in similar articles, but all suggested to contact support and that the account might be restricted/blocked, so here I am. Can you help please?

Please contact support at https://help.mtgo.com by using the exact same login details as the client. Then click Submit a request in the top right of the webpage to open the help form.

@Angeliana - Thanks for the information. While I was doing that, I tried to reconnect to MTGO one more time and then it worked. It is a weird occurance where the Server must've been still in maintenance and I did not catch that. The server status was green on my laptop where I play, but it was red when I went in to this Forum through the phone so I figured it was still in maintenance and I somehow got on the client when it was down. It's all working as of now but still, thank you for replying so quick.
